We had a wonderful experience working with Taner and the team at Sungu Development. Taner was professional, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. He addressed our inspection items promptly and was very accommodating in helping us move up the closing date when we wanted to close earlier. The quality of the build, attention to detail, and overall aesthetics really stood out to us. We truly appreciate Taner and his team for making the entire process so smooth and positive. Highly recommend!

I can't say enough good things about working with Taner at Sungu Development. He replaced our storefronts and handled all the interior framing, sheetrock, and prep work & the whole thing went smoothly from start to finish.
Taner is genuinely a pleasure to deal with: friendly, honest, and he communicated with us every single step of the way. He took the time to explain what he was doing and why, and he delivered exactly what he promised.
Highly recommend to anyone looking for a contractor they can actually trust.

Working with Sungu Development was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Their team was professional, responsive, and incredibly detail-oriented throughout the entire project. They took the time to understand our vision, communicated every step clearly, and delivered exceptional craftsmanship.
What really stood out was their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. The project stayed organized, the job site was kept clean, and any questions or changes were handled quickly and professionally. The finished product exceeded our expectations, and it's clear they take great pride in their work.
If you're looking for a reliable contractor who values honesty, quality, and professionalism, I highly recommend Sungu Development. I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again on future projects.

Great company. We have used them several times. Once to install our EV charger. They were so knowledgeable and fast. And for a bigger project in our master bathroom. It involved leaking and redoing the shower. We didn’t want a complete renovation- which another contractor said was necessary. But Taner and his crew were able to fix everything and keep the esthetics. When we are ready for the full renovation we will totally go back to them. It’s comforting to know a good, honest contractor. There are so many bad ones out there.
